The Miracle Workers Alliance (MWA) Board of Directors convened for its regular meeting on January 26, 2025, at 6:10 PM EST via the Discord Board Room. President and CEO Korey G. Miracle presided over the session, with a full quorum of directors and special guests in attendance.
Meeting Overview

Key Meeting Decisions
1. Approval of Previous Minutes & Agenda
The board unanimously approved the December 15, 2024, meeting minutes and the January 26 agenda, with motions led by Hailey Medina and Subreina Davis.
2. Executive & Treasurer Reports
- President Korey G. Miracle outlined plans for expanding server engagement, including gaming/movie nights and partnerships. Michael Dilley was appointed Chief Program Officer to enhance the organization’s programs.
- Treasurer Faith D. Adams provided an update on the pending 501(c)(3) status application. It is still pending with the IRS.
New Business Highlights
Updated Timesheet Approval
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Discussion: Reviewed new updated timesheet format.
- Motion: A motion was made by Hailey Medina to Approve the new timesheet for use.Seconded by Michael Dilley.
- Vote: Approved by a unanimous vote.
Financial Commitments
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Discussion: miracleworkersalliance.org domain name was expiring, it would cost $150 to renew it after letting it expire or only $20 to maintain it right away. Sam Boyce chose to cover the domain name fee. In early April, $78 would be needed for hosting the web server. October 1st the annual reinstatement for nonprofit corporation would need to be renewed within the state of Michigan.
- Motion: A motion was made by Sam Boyce to cover the immediate expense of $20 to maintain the website domain name and to table the other expenses. Seconded by Subreina Davis.
- Vote: Approved by a unanimous vote.
Board Director Positions
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Discussion:
- Faith D Adams and Jordan Anderson’s Board Director seats were due to end on January 31, 2025. We would like them to stay on board if they are willing and able. Faith D. Adams & Jordan Anderson has expressed interest in staying on within her position.
- Motion: A motion was made by Subreina Davis to keep Faith D Adams & Jordan Anderson on as a Board Director. Seconded by Hailey Medina.
- Vote: 5 votes to approve with Ms. Adams and Ms. Anderson both abstaining. The motion was approved.
- Discussion:
Board Activities Day
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Discussion: Would like to have time with other Board Directors to grow closer and bond with one another. Discussed to do Fall Guys, Among Us, Tabletop Simulator, or JackBox. On a particular date.
- Motion: A motion was made by Hailey Medina to have a Board activities day. Seconded by Michael Dilley.
- Vote: Approved by a unanimous vote.
Open Forum
- Subreina Davis raised concerns about rising anti-LGBTQIA+ violence, prompting discussions on resource expansion.
- Korey G. Miracle shared progress on a Minecraft server project and efforts to secure a FiveM server.
