The Miracle Workers Alliance (MWA) Board of Directors convened for its regular meeting on March 30, 2025, at 6:08 PM EST via the Discord Board Room. President and CEO Korey G. Miracle presided over the session, with a full quorum of directors.

The board approved several strategic initiatives to expand the nonprofit’s community impact and organizational infrastructure.

Key Meeting Decisions
1. Approval of Previous Minutes & Agenda
- February 23 meeting minutes approved (Motion: Hailey Medina, Second: Samantha Boyce)
- March 30 agenda approved (Motion: Samantha Boyce, Second: Jordan Anderson)
- Both passed with 5-0 (1 abstention)
2. Executive & Treasurer Reports
- President Korey G. Miracle highlighted:
- Successful launch of the Gamers for Wellness program.
- GFW Among Us event showed measurable stress reduction for participants
- Website enhancements including game suggestions portal and feedback system
- 1,012 people came across this website
- 20 applicants for new organizational roles
- Plans to launch new programs for MWA Local community services and care packages
- Treasurer Faith D. Adams reported:
- Continued 501(c)(3) status pending
- Transitioning to the Zeffy platform (100% fee-free)
- Sam Boyce’s $21 donation
- Michael Dilley’s $100 donation
New Business Highlights
Approval of CEO’s February Timesheet
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Motion: A motion was made by Hailey Medina to Approve the CEO’s February timesheet. Seconded by Jordan Anderson.
- Vote: Approved 5-0 (1 abstention).
Bylaw-Compliance Term Adjustments
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Discussion: This is to establish a correction to staggered board director terms through 2026-2027
- Motion: A motion was made by Jordan Anderson to re-elect Samantha Boyce & Hailey Medina. Seconded by Samantha Boyce.
- Vote: Approved 5-0 (1 abstention).
Board Seat Elimination
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Discussion: Subreina Davis had her board director seat expiring on March 31 and had informed the president that she will not remain on the board. The board is making the decision to close the vacant seat.
- Motion: A motion was made by Hailey Medina to close the seat, effective April 1. Seconded by Jordan Anderson.
- Vote: Approved 5-0 (1 abstention).
Re-election of Michael Dilley
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Motion: A motion was made by Hailey Medina to re-elect Michael Dilley to serve a term lasting until December 31st, 2025. Seconded by Samantha Boyce.
- Vote: Approved 5-0 (1 abstention).
Policy & Procedure Manual Approval
- Presenter: Korey Miracle
- Motion: A motion was made by Samantha Boyce to approve the latest Policy & Procedure Manual. Seconded by Hailey Medina.
- Vote: Approved 4-0 (2 abstentions).
Open Forum
- Sam Boyce discussed enhancing social media presence and website event integration
- Plans to embed live events directly on website rather than just Discord
