Michael Dilley is a seasoned leader with a strong background in operations, logistics, and personnel management. Serving nine years in the U.S. Army, he spent the last five years in leadership roles, progressing from team leader to platoon sergeant, where he managed up to 140+ personnel.
Upon transitioning to civilian life, Michael joined Goodyear in a key role overseeing the maintenance of Amazon’s delivery vans across three locations, each housing over 100 vehicles. In this role, he gained valuable experience in personnel allocation, resource management, and business finance, including projections, financial aid, and growth strategies.
After more than a year in Tennessee, Michael relocated to Wisconsin, where he entered the construction industry, taking a hands-on technical role to build expertise from the ground up. With discussions already underway for a leadership position in a high-scale operation, he continues to expand his financial and managerial acumen.
Bringing extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of business operations, Michael is committed to leveraging his skills to support and drive the growth of the organization.
