Miracle Workers Alliance Terms of Use
Effective as of March 30, 2025
Welcome to the Miracle Workers Alliance Terms of Use agreement. For purposes of this agreement, “Site” refers to the Miracle Workers Alliance website, which can be accessed at https://www.miracleworkersalliance.org/. “Service” refers to the services provided by Miracle Workers Alliance, including but not limited to applying for assistance, volunteering, donating, using our social media pages, or participating in our programs and servers. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Miracle Workers Alliance. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.
Privacy Policy
Miracle Workers Alliance respects the privacy of its users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information related to your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Use.
About the Service
The Service allows you to:
- Apply for assistance through our programs.
- Volunteer with our organization.
- Donate to support our mission.
- Participate in community events.
- Participate in our gaming servers.
Registration; Rules for User Conduct and Use of the Service
To register for and use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. Those under 18 must have permission from a parent / legal guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Miracle Workers Alliance is not responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
- Use another user’s account without permission.
- Provide false or inaccurate information during registration.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Post or share malicious content, including content intended to harm or disrupt another user’s computer or browser.
Posting and Conduct Restrictions
If you submit content (e.g., text, images, or videos) to the Service, you are solely responsible for that content. You agree that:
- You will not post content that is false, defamatory, abusive, Not Safe For Work (NSFW), or offensive.
- You retain ownership of your content but grant Miracle Workers Alliance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Service.
- You will not post content that violates third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Opinions, advice, or information shared by users & members on the Service are their own and do not reflect the views of Miracle Workers Alliance. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such content. You use the Service at your own risk.

Copyright Complaints

License Grant
By submitting content to the Service, you grant Miracle Workers Alliance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and other content, are owned by Miracle Workers Alliance or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent, except as follows:

Official Stream Team and Fundraisers: If you are an approved member of the Miracle Workers Alliance Official Stream Team or an authorized fundraiser, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and other assets solely for the purpose of promoting and raising funds for Miracle Workers Alliance. This license is subject to compliance with our Stream Team Guidelines and any additional terms we provide.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose unrelated to Miracle Workers Alliance, or in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by us without our prior written consent.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Miracle Workers Alliance and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Modification of Terms
Our Board of Directors may vote to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
General Terms
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Michigan in the United States of America. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
